By using growthebutton.com you agree to these terms. They are short, because the button does nothing.
The product
For $1, The Button gets exactly one pixel bigger, permanently, and we attribute that pixel to you. A pixel is a pixel. It is not ownership of anything, a security, an investment, or anything with resale value. It does nothing — that is the product.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. All sales are final. It's a pixel. If a technical error on our side charges you without growing the button, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Acceptable content
Names and notes you leave are displayed publicly. Don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, an impersonation of someone else, spam, or someone else's private information. We may edit or remove content that violates this rule.
Permanence
We intend the button to keep growing for a very long time. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
